Terms and conditions
Not approved contractual terms – customer groups, delivery model and contract details remain open. This draft is not used as binding terms and conditions.
Draft contractual terms for LexFrame software and digital tools.
1. Provider and scope
LexFrame UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Gründung
These terms are intended for future contracts for software and digital tools. Whether they apply only to businesses and law firms or also to consumers remains to be determined.
2. Contract formation
The current website introduces LexFrame. The application code does not provide an ordering or payment process.
The offer and acceptance process, contracting party and incorporation of these terms still need to be defined for the intended sales model.
3. Services and usage rights
The scope of services, delivery method, technical requirements and permitted use are intended to be specified in the relevant offer or product description.
SaaS versus downloadable software, user counts, licensing scope, updates, support and any availability commitments remain to be determined.
4. Fees and duration
Pricing, taxes, payment methods, due dates, contract duration, renewal and termination must be aligned with the actual business model. No confirmed details have been provided yet.
5. Customer data and privacy
Products processing customer or client matter data require separate provisions on responsibilities, security, export, deletion and, where applicable, a data processing agreement. This website privacy policy does not replace product-specific agreements.
6. Defects, liability and other provisions
Provisions on defects, liability, applicable law and any consumer rights must reflect the actual services and customer groups. This draft does not introduce blanket exclusions.
The terms must be completed and reviewed for the specific offering before the first contract is concluded.
